Storyline

Gangs of Puri 2 – Bigger, Bolder, and Brutally Brilliant!
Strengths:

Accent inconsistency in a few characters, which slightly affected the immersion.
Overall, a gripping and well-made sequel.
What an absolutely brilliant series! Hats off to Anupam bhai – truly, take a bow. What a visionary director our Odia industry is blessed with!
Part 2 is even more entertaining and gripping than the first. The writing, courtesy of Pranab bhai, is simply top-notch – there's a reason he's regarded as the best. The way new characters have been introduced is commendable; not even once did it feel like they were forced into the narrative just to extend screen time. Every character felt like they naturally belonged, as if they had always been part of the story.
Never imagined a side villain could take the spotlight so powerfully! If Aman bhai was my favorite in Season 1, then Dipanwit bhai has absolutely outdone himself this time. He touched perfection in every frame – thank you, Anupam bhai, for bringing out this incredible side of him.
Babu Jena (KK bhai), as always, delivers brilliance. Manamay did well too – though I felt the accent could’ve been a bit more refined, his performance was still impactful. Felt the same for few other side characters too. And Gedanna – what a powerhouse of comedy! He not only made us laugh but also held the story together.
The character "Radha" was a pleasant surprise – very natural and well-performed. Udit bhai, Pranab bhai, Niluanna, Lokanna, and of course, Mr. Raja Bahinipati – our very own Tilu sir – all delivered solid, memorable performances.
Cinematography was perfect. The brutal scenes actually felt brutal – a refreshing change from the usual in Odia productions. Great background score, solid music… everything just clicked.
Already counting the days for Season 3!
